The manufacturing facilities are in line with the company’s objective to satisfy clients with best quality products and services. Our manufacturing facilities include state-of-the-art Fabrication, Assembly Unit and Glass Processing Unit.
The manufacturing units include:
Aluminium Fabrication Division – CNC Machinery including 5 axis machining centre from EMMEGI, Italy complement other sophisticated machines and equipment from reputed European manufacturers ensuring precision and excellent fabrication quality of the products.
Steel Fabrication Division – Steel components used in aluminium glazing works are fabricated using heavy duty power presses, MIG welding, sheet rolling, plate shearing, punching and drill stations.
Aluminium and Stainless Steel Welding Bay – A number of TIG welding stations are used for aluminium and stainless steel weld jobs when required as part of aluminium glazing works.
Galvanizing Division – An in-house electro-nickel galvanizing facility for steel components required for aluminium glazing works shows commitment of Bosco to deliver on time by eliminating the need to outsource galvanizing process, although small but critical, for steel components.
Bosco Glass is a full service custom Glass processor with production facilities centrally located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. We have the capabilities, experience, and knowledge to handle any type of glass. whether it is a single piece, Double Glazed involves complex processing, and for a large volume project.
