Sales Engineer- Automatic Division
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial automation.
- Promote and sell automation products and solutions such as PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, sensors, actuators, drives, and robotics.
- Prepare and present customized technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and propose effective automation solutions.
- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and system evaluations.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and project status in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
🧩 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation or industrial control systems.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, sensors, and automation hardware/software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of UAE building codes and standards related to façades and glazing.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
